100% Chenin Blanc. A parcel selection from the vines behind the house within the Clos de la Cerisaie. Vines planted in the 1950s in soil that is more clay-limestone over tuffeau chalk. Vinification: Pneumatic pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation, aged 18 months with 1/3 in sandstone amphora and 2/3 in barrel.
