Never a range to conform to tradition, mainland grown Scottish barley is distilled in a patient and considered trickle, then matured solely in ex-American Whiskey casks for five years. Nose: Zesty citrus, peat smoke, vanila, barley sugar, malty notes.
Palate: Peppery and sweet, honey, peat smoke, oak, apricot, floral notes, nutty nougat.
