Our inaugural release of Whiskey JYPSI Explorer marries the spicy nuances of French Oak from the Tronçais Forest with the sweetness of Appalachian Oak.

Mash Bill: 66% Corn, 30% Rye, 4% Malted Barley

The flavor profile is characterized by a medium leather taste, accompanied by low to medium notes of dried fruit. The presence of high oak contributes to the overall robustness, while medium to high vanilla adds a sweet dimension. The structure is described as high, providing a well-balanced experience, and the finish ranges from medium to long, allowing the flavors to linger.
