Description
Château d’Esclans Luxury d’Esclans set
A trio of Provence rosé wines from Château d’Esclans.
Château d’Esclans Garrus Rosé (750mL)
-
Powerful yet subtle, full-bodied yet fresh, this rosé has been made with the fullest-flavoured grapes from Château d’Esclans. These are grown on 100-year-old vines in the heart of Provence, France.
Staggeringly complex on the nose and likened to a Burgundian white wine on the palate thanks to the lees being stirred twice weekly and time spent in oak barrels.
Château d’Esclans Les Clans Rosé (750mL)
-
To make each vintage of Château D’Esclans Les Clans Côtes de Provence, the maison selects grapes from superior quality parcels, and give depth and character to the wine with Burgundian-style bâtonnage.
The wine is fermented in large oak barrels, which makes the flavour almost imperceptible on the palate. This is a stylishly crafted Côte de Provence rosé that demands attention.
Château d’Esclans Rosé (750mL)
- A delicate wine with a defined minerality from Château d’Esclans. The 2019 vintage combines grenache and vermentino from the maison’s own vineyards. Vinification takes place in oak and stainless steel.
Château d’Esclans makes dry Côtes de Provence rosé wines from old-vine grenache, which offers more in terms of flavour and intensity than grapes from younger vines.
