Description
Chateau Feuillet Valle d’Aosta “Petite Arvine” 2013
Some months are passed fermenting in stainless steel tanks and bottling takes place in spring. Two months ageing and at the end of spring it is put on the market. The vineyard covers 5,000 sqms. It is divided into two plots at two different altitudes; one is 700 ms above sea level and the other at 800 ms. This is to highlight the perfumes and delicate aroma. Petite Arvine grapes are harvested at the end of October, put into small boxes and taken to the cellar where they are crushed and left for 2 days to macerate in their skins. After this they are pressed and fermentation begins in a controlled temperature of no more than 20°. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
