This special edition was meticulously aged to taste, for over 2 years. On the nose, you’ll find aromas of spicy pepper, dried fruits, and clover honey. On the palate, filled with notes of ripe cherries, fresh fig, subtle pepper, and vanilla beans. The finish is long, mellow, and easy to drink with hints of vanilla and caramel.
