Brewed to ho our true Dandy – Violet Milstead, one of only four women working at the Air Transport Auxillary in WWII, she flew over 47 types of aircraft from North America to airfields across Europe in the war effort. Crushing barriers for women in aviation.

This special beer is a Mixed Fermentation Sour IPA brewed with Alberta 2-Row, Wheat Malt and Vienna Malt. Dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Cryo and Fermented with a special blend of lactic-acid bacteria and special thiol expressing yeast.

Tropical aromatics of guava and passion fruit meet big orange juice flavours in a perfectly palately pleasing array of sour and hop goodness.
