Hailing from vineyard sites both in and outside of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and thus, part of the wine is actually a declassified Châteauneuf-du- Pape. This wine enjoys notes of blackberry and crushed herbs followed up by flavors of black pepper and spice. This wine is a perfect pairing with lamb and other red meats.
