Humboldt Distillery Original Rum Small Batch

Humboldt Gold Rum is distilled from organic sugarcane and aged to perfection in American white oak barrels. It’s light-bodied, easy drinking and perfect for cocktails requiring a smooth yet nuanced flavor, offering mellow notes of oak and vanilla.

HUMBOLDT MOJITO RECIPE

  • 2oz. Humboldt Original Rum
  • 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz. Fresh Organic Lime Juice
  • 2 Mint sprigs (1 for muddling, 1 for garnishing)
  • Club Soda

Add lime, simple syrup, and mint to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add rum, ice, and shake. Strain over ice in a tall glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
