Description
Mark West Central Coast Chardonnay
We may be Pinot fanatics, but who doesn’t love a good Chardonnay? In fact, Chardonnay is a distant relative to Pinot Noir, so often times, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown together. We selected grapes primarily from the finest vineyards in cool-climate Monterey County. After harvest, the grapes were gently crushed and underwent two to three weeks of cool fermentation—that’s what makes it fresh! The wine was aged in French oak. After blending, we bottled it up and sent it off for you to enjoy!
TASTING NOTES
Citrus and pear aromas followed by lush peach, melon, green apple, and mineral flavors with a toasty oak finish.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Grilled cheese with tomato soup, Cobb salad, grilled salmon, or really go for it with apple pie à la mode.
