It is a creative blend of fine barrel aged whiskies made in the classic American tradition. In Austin, the oak barrel-aged whiskies are blended with limestone filtered water found in the Texas Hill Country for an approachable flavor profile. The nine banded armadillo is the state mammal of Texas.
