Layered and complex, the Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel-aged Cabernet Sauvignon leaps from the glass with aromas of blackberry cobbler, graham cracker, brown sugar, milk chocolate, coffee and smoke. A palate of blueberry pie, praline, sweet vanilla custard, caramel and mocha is framed by soft, chewy tannins and a hint of toasted oak on the lingering finish.

Robert Mondavi is a Napa Green Certified winery. In partnership with the Napa County Resource Conservation District, we created the Napa Sustainable Winegrowing Group (NSWG) which holds several annual workshops on topics such as water conservation, quality improvement, cover cropping, erosion control and pest management. Robert Mondavi was the first winery to receive an Innovator Award from California’s Environmental Protection Agency.
