This Special Edition is a blend of hand selected #2 and #4 charred American oak barrels, aged 4 and 6 years respectively. American Bourbon is a legally protected authentic recipe of 75% Corn/21% Rye/4% Malted Barley from the Midwest terroir. Proofed with pristine glacial fed water.
Released 2021. This year’s blend began with intense focus on the intrepid balance between sweet and smokey. Rich and velvety with deep amber hues. Notes of Madagascar vanilla, toasted nuts, spices, smokey undertones, tangerine rind and chocolate.
